A while ago I broke my provari. A while has passed but I know some people told me provari had a warranty. Is there a way I can get it fixed or send it to you to fix it?

Bring it to Digital ciggz on Mendocino ave. and talk to one of the managers. If you bought it within the past year, bring the receipt. If you have lost the receipt or it has been more than a year Provari will still repair your unit for a fee depending on what is broken.

Alternatively, if you don't live anywhere near Santa Rosa and/or you didn't purchase it from Digital Ciggz, contacting provari is probably the most efficient way to get your unit repaired. They are based in America and can usually get it back to you in a couple of weeks.
