I just came back from the San Rafael store where I had to exchange a battery that wasn't working. Even though the store was full of customers, Jamie saw that I was kind of frustrated because it was my second trip in this morning. He was very cool and went above and beyond the call of duty to make it right. You got a great employee there folks!
